03/18/19 Jury Trial 397th Court 2nd Date

“In the real world, as lived and experienced by real people, the demand for human rights and dignity, the longing for liberty and justice and opportunity, the hatred of oppression and corruption and cruelty is reality”. -John McCain

My current 2nd chair to myself attorney Rick Dunn, or former attorney depending on what information one refers to, filed a motion requesting a Jury Trial on its merit’s in our Termination of Parental Rights case FA-17-1605 brought by Texas DFPS on July 24th, 2018.  That trial was scheduled to take place on November 26th, 2018, but it did not as it was rescheduled.  A second trial is scheduled on March 19th, 2019, but we are no longer in a Parental Rights Termination FA-17-1605 case by DFPS.  We are now in a previously closed divorce case that was ordered to be re-opened by the 397th court on 12/18/18.  The problem with this second scheduled Jury Trial is shown in a Civil Calendar Search on the Grayson County, Texas Judicial Website.

There are 8 ‘Jury Trials’ in total scheduled to occur in Judge Brian Gary’s 397th Court on March 18th, 2019 all at 9 o’clock AM! This is not possible, and also not Constitutional.
